Disclaimer: our regular paddle sessions are peer paddles. Support is generally available from more experienced paddlers or coaches, but you have to ask! Otherwise you should be confident that your own ability is appropriate for the journey you choose to do. If your paddle is being led by someone - a more experienced paddler, river leader or a coach - it is your responsibility to mention any medical or other issues which may arise.
